With respect to the scope of our expertise and experience we are able to provide our clients with a number of complementary services or we can arrange other parties to deal with them. In case these extra services are provided directly by our company we guarantee the same quality and standard as with our major activities. When we arrange provision of services to our clients by other companies we always try to make sure that they are of the highest possible quality. This is ensured by a thorough approach to selection of subcontractors, specifying the task to all details, continuous monitoring of the realisation and carrying out a thorough check before accepting the subcontracted work. This system allows us to ensure maximum possible quality of services provided by our subcontractors.
The complementary services provided by our office or in co-operation with our subcontractors include:

We are qualified to prepare or subcontract preparation of financing projects as well as pre-prepare the approval process to the maximum possible extent. If our clients wish so we are able to arrange highly qualifies legal services in all areas of law provided by top legal offices both from the Czech Republic and abroad. Thanks to our broad experience in assigning and managing legal cases we can offer an expert and consistent supervision taking into account both the required quality of the legal subcontract itself as well as the client´s needs in terms of business, taxes and accounting.
Trading companies and trade register
Our office on its own or in co-operation with our subcontractors can guide our clients through the process of establishing any type of trading company or making changes in a structure of already existing businesses. This service is always provided as a complex package, which means that we prepare all documents, organise notary services, and arrange all necessary changes with administrative and financial authorities including changes in the trade register.
Our clients are only left with the obligation of providing necessary documents that may sometimes require an apostille or super-legalisation. They may be also asked to participate at the meetings with a notary, but these are also preferably dealt with by our empowered colleagues.
Based on our clients´ specifications we prepare trainings on tax or insolvency issues according to their needs focusing on matters that are most beneficial from the clients´ business perspective. The trainings can be organised at the clients ‘site or in our offices, as well as at another „neutral“ place ensuring maximum peace, concentration and providing possibilities for an active relaxation after a training day (half-day).
As a part of our activities in the field of insolvencies or liquidations of trading companies we also deal with property sales. For the complementary service of realising private „non-insolvency“ sales of real estates, movables or other asset values we use proven sales methods resulting in obtaining maximum selling price under reasonable conditions (esp. the question of due date, security and guarantees).
